Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To ensure we deliver safe, timely, and high-quality service to every client, the following booking terms apply: 1) Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed via phone or email. A minimum deposit may be required to secure your appointment. 2) Site Access: Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the work area at the scheduled time. 3)Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. 4)No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property or begin work due to client absence or unpreparedness, a call-out fee will apply. 5)Final Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the job.
